Stage
one:
will consist of
our gathering information vital to your site such as: your text,
graphics, keywords, and setting up the layout of your pages.
Domain name registration and selection of Internet service providers
also occurs at this stage (where necessary). Do not expect to
"see" your pages on the Internet at this preliminary
stage. While we understand our clients are anxious to view the
site as it is being built, please understand that there is much
work that needs to be done prior to your pages being uploaded.

Stage
two:
will consist of
the designer, actually uploading a preliminary web site for you
to look at. This is where your Internet service provider comes
into play as we will be uploading your site to it's permanent
location. At this stage, we expect you to give us as much feedback
as possible so we may, if necessary, adjust the "look and
feel" of the site to suit you. Once you are satisfied with
the way your site looks, we will then complete the site according
to your specifications.

Stage
three:
will consist of
fine tuning your site to ensure that your forms and email work
and that the site meets your expectations. There may be some
last minute changes you wish to make and these are usually done
at this stage. It is here that you should subject your site to
a careful editing process. Once the revisions are done, your
site is ready for the next stage.

Stage
four:
will consist of
the registration and marketing of your site. At this point, the
site is finished and can now be announced in all your ads. Kleo
Web Design will register your site and it's individual pages
with as many search engines, directories and link pages as you
have contracted for. We will also be setting up your reciprocal
links at this stage. Your counter and forms will now be active.
Understand that registration of your site is just the beginning
of your marketing campaign.

Stage
five:
will consist of
our ongoing service commitment: Depending upon your marketing
package: we will be monitoring Internet search engines for six
months or a year as we ensure that your site achieves excellent
search engine placements. Where necessary, we will reregister
your site at no additional cost. In addition, any new pages we
design for you during this time will be registered for free.
Monthly reports from your server's logs: If you have elected
to have your server's log files monitored, we will start to submit
reports to you on a regular basis and suggest adjustments to
your site as we analyze visitor traffic reports. Maintenance
and email monitoring: We will maintain your site and monitor
your messages on a daily basis faxing you any messages you receive
via your mailbox.
